Ingredients:
1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust
1 cup of apple butter (check out my recipe for the best crockpot apple butter ever!)
1 cup of pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 cup evaporated milk
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Mix all of your ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth. Pour the batter into the pie crust.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, turn the oven down to 350 and cook for an additional 50-55 minutes.
Let the pie cool to room temperature before putting it in the fridge to cool completely.
Serve with fresh whipped cream!
